‼️Just a friendly reminder of some policies I have‼️
*Many of these new rules are mandated by the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology*
-all clients will have a mandatory screening questionnaire to answer at each appointment before entering the building.
-all clients must have their temperature taken before entering the building. Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees will not be seen and will have to reschedule.
-each client will need to wash their hands before their appointment begins
-if you feel bad, have ran a fever, or been exposed to someone who has been sick use common sense and reschedule your appointment. Protect my other clients and me by staying home!
-NO guests are allowed inside for your appointment (this includes children).
Reminders:
-regarding the required deposit to book your appointment:
>yes deposits are required and you are required to book your appointment thru the app. I’m sorry if this inconveniences you but for book keeping purposes and to protect myself this is required.
-a deposit may be transferred to another appointment time if you contact me about moving your appointment 48 hours before your appointment time or if you move your appointment yourself (please move it yourself if possible).
-deposits will not be refunded or moved to another appointment time if you show up late to your appointment or are a no show.
-if you book an appointment with me I expect you to show up ON TIME! I have been lenient about y’all showing up late but when you show up it late, my whole schedule is thrown off for the day. My time is valuable just like yours is. If you are going to be late please text me. If you are more than 10 minutes late I may ask you to reschedule completely. In this situation you will NOT be refunded your deposit.
-if you show up late multiple times I may refuse you service in the future.
-if I allow you to still come in even if you are late your appointment time WILL NOT be extended! I will work with whatever appointment time you have left and I will not cut into the next client’s time to accommodate your tardiness.
-If you are missing 50% or more of your lashes due to neglect, improper care or product use, and not natural shedding (yes I can tell the difference) you will be charged extra or for a full set depending on the extent of the work required.
Booking App:
-I work by appointment only
-the link to the app can be found on the Facebook page by clicking “Book Now”
-the app helps both of us with making your appointments and with reminders about your appointments.
-you can move your own appointment in the app 24-48 hours before your appointment time. If you do not move it within this time limit I will have to move it for you.
-if a time is not available in the app then it simply isn’t available.
-book your next appointment in advance to secure the dates/times that work best for you. (Evening appointments are especially limited so plan for that)
